What you need to know RS09 - Meet and Greet

Information:  

A £10 supplement per day is chargable for late collections.

Failure to advise of any alterations to your booking within 24 hours of arrival may incur an additional charge.

       
  Arrival / Directions:  

You will be required to call RS09 Parking on 07766228963 20 minutes before arriving at the airport to reconfirm your arrival time. Our chauffeur will be there to Meet and Greet you

North Terminal: LOWER LEVEL
On approach to the North Terminal there are 3 lanes-take the middle lane sign posted “arrivals” at car rentals (Lower Level). Keep in the lane CARS ONLY. DO NOT GO TO THE UPPER LEVEL

You will be met outside the car rentals building. Look out for our RS09 representative wearing a Black trousers White Shirts with a RS09 name badge, who will collect your vehicle.

South Terminal: LOWER LEVEL
On approach to the South Terminal follow the signs for ARRIVALS and stay in the middle lane. Stay on the LOWER LEVEL DO NOT GO TO THE UPPER LEVEL. Proceed through the tunnel and go through the traffic lights and park immediately on the right hand side where an RS09 Parking representative wearing a Black trousers White Shirts with a RS09 name badge will be waiting to collect your car.
     
On return:  
Once you have collected all of your baggage i.e. suitcased skis, buggies etc please call RS09 Parking on 07766228963 . RS09 Parking will require 20 minutes notice to return your car to the pickup point.
       
  Parking info:  

We do not accept large vehicles such as Transit Vans, or any other vehicles with trailers.

Unfortunately RS09 do not accept the following vehicles:-
Aston Martin, Ferrari, Rolls Royce, Bentley, and Maserati due to high insurance premiums.

Due to high insurance premiums we do not accept the following No large vehicles e.g Transit van, or vehicles with trailers.
